• Define and manage CMS content workflows including content creation, review, approval, publishing, and archival processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure the CMS platform supports campaign management and digital experience goals.
• Manage CMS platform enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure CMS solutions comply with organizational standards including security, accessibility, and governance policies.
• Support quality assurance activities by validating requirements, defining test scenarios, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, project plans, and release documentation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, implementation partners, and CMS platform providers when applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize CMS workflows, performance, and user experience.
• Ensure proper change management processes are followed for CMS platform updates and releases.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in CS, IT, Engg or related
Salary ranges between $100,000.00 to $120,000.00/year.
